This notice applies to the network hub. Sections about listings, accounts, AI, maps, reviews and uploads describe the corresponding features on our linked city services; those features are not all provided directly on this hub.
We want everyone to be able to use Local City Network, including people using assistive technology.

Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to align with the Americans with Disabilities Act and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act. Accessibility is an ongoing effort and we work on improvements continuously.
What we’ve built in
- An accessibility widget with text scaling, high contrast, link highlighting, readable fonts, reduced motion, and a larger cursor.
- A “skip to main content” link and semantic landmarks on every page.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators and keyboard navigation.
- Descriptive alt text on images and labels on form fields.
Known limitations
Some third-party components - including the interactive map tiles and embedded media - may not be fully accessible. Business addresses are also available in the text directory; the area map may show additional third-party map features. AI chat responses are generated dynamically and formatting may vary.
